Orange Blossom Cold Foam

We love topping our morning iced coffee with cold foam, and this version adds the perfect springtime twist with notes of citrus and florals.

Equipment

  • electric or handheld milk frother

Ingredients

  • iced or cold brew coffee
  • 2 oz milk of choice we recommend whole milk
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp orange blossom water

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass with ice and top with iced coffee of choice. If you're feeling extra, use coffee iced cubes!
  • In your electric milk frother, combine the milk, heavy cream, and orange blossom water. Make sure to use the cold setting. Alternatively, you can use pour the milk, cream, and orange blossom water into a glass, and use a handheld frother. A little goes a long way with the orange blossom water, so start small and add more if needed.
  • Top your coffee with the cold foam and enjoy!

Notes

Make and serve immediately. We recommend using a mix of whole milk and heavy cream for a thicker cold foam, but feel free to omit the heavy cream if you want something lighter. We don't add any sweetener to our coffee, but if you want your coffee to be sweet, add a touch of simple syrup.
