Our favorite way to use summer cherries before they're gone. This sweet cherry galette is buttery crust and juicy fruit without the fuss of traditional pie.

Notes

Galette can be served warm or at room temperature. We recommend topping with lightly whipped cream, but vanilla ice cream or gelato would be delicious here, too. Galette can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for a few days or up to a week in the refrigerator. Make when cherries are at their peak in the summer months with July being peak season. Perfect for backyard cookouts, 4th of July celebrations, or any summer party that needs an easy and elevated dessert!
