We created these drinks to celebrate Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. From Red to Reputation and Lover to Midnights, these mocktails are sure to please any Swiftie!

Midnights Martini with a Lavender Haze Rim
For the Midnights album, we shook up this espresso martini and added a lavender vanilla sugar rim using the blend from The Spice House. This drink will keep you going past midnight while you dance to your favorite Taylor Swift album.
ingredients
3 oz chilled espresso
1 oz vanilla simple syrup
3 dashes of chocolate bitters
lavender vanilla sugar
lemon slice
method
Run the lemon slice around the edge of a Nick and Nora glass and dip in the lavender vanilla sugar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add your espresso, vanilla simple syrup, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into glass and enjoy!

Lover Fizz
Our Lover Fizz is an ode to the effervescent and dreamy album cover. This drink is so fun to make and super simple with just two ingredients. It would be great at parties, and each guest can make their own! We recommend using pink cotton candy – strawberry or cherry flavors – to go with the tasting notes of the rosé. Plus it looks so pretty!
ingredients
pink cotton candy
sparkling dry rosé, non-alcoholic
method
In a martini glass, add a handful of cotton candy. Pour sparkling dry rosé on top. Garnish with a small piece of cotton candy on a straw. Serve immediately.

Red Raspberry Mojito with a Trouble Twist
To celebrate Red, we made a classic mojito bright red with the help of raspberries. Make raspberry ice cubes ahead of time by freezing raspberries in a small ice cube tray. We added a “Trouble” twist of lime as a nod to one of our favorite songs on the album.
ingredients
raspberries
1 oz simple syrup
mint leaves, plus more for garnish
juice from 1/2 lime
sparkling water
twist of lime
method
In a tall glass, add raspberries, simple syrup, and mint leaves. Gently muddle. Add raspberry ice cubes and lime juice. Top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig and twist of lime.

Bad Blood Margarita
For 1989, we created the Bad Blood Margarita with fresh lime and blood orange juices mixed with simple syrup and orange bitters. We rimmed the glass with black and white salt and garnished with blood oranges.
ingredients
1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
2 oz blood orange juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 oz simple syrup
2-3 dashes orange bitters
sparkling water
salt for rim
blood orange slices
method
In a cocktail shaker, add lime juice, blood orange juice, simple syrup, and bitters. Add ice and shake. Rim glass with leftover lime rind and salt. Pour into glass over blood orange ice cube and top with sparkling water.

Mirrorball Mule
As soon as we saw these mirrorball cups, we knew we had to make a mirrorball drink for Taylor’s folklore album. This Mirrorball Mule is fun, fresh, and a little bit spicy.
ingredients
1 lime, cut into wedges
4-5 large mint leaves
6 oz ginger beer
sparkling water
crushed ice
method
In a mirrorball cup, muddle together your lime wedges and mint leaves. Add crushed ice and ginger beer. Top with sparkling water. Stir and secure the lid. Cheers!

Look What You Made Me Dew Daiquiri
For Reputation, we made the Look Wha You Made me Dew Daiquiri using frozen honeydew. Freeze cut honeydew overnight and blend with fresh lime, simple syrup, water and orange bitters. This drink is fresh, sweet, and a little bit tart.
ingredients
1 cup frozen honeydew
1 lime, freshly juiced
1 oz simple syrup
1/2 c water
2-3 dashes orange bitters
method
In a blender, combine the frozen honeydew, lime juice, simple syrup, water, and orange bitters. Blend until smooth and pour into your glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately.
